You need to be at least 18 years old to place an order, or shopping with a parent or guardian's knowledge and consent.
How orders work
All MONORAMA pieces are made to order. When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We accept that offer when we send your order confirmation and begin production.
We can cancel any order if there's a pricing error, a production issue, or if we suspect fraud. If that happens, you'll get a full refund.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time, but the price in your order confirmation is what you pay.
Payment is handled securely through Shopify and our payment partners. We don't store your card details.
Made to order and engraving
Because each piece is made specifically for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Cancellations aren't possible once production has started.
The laser-engraved plaque is permanent. Please check your engraving details before completing your purchase, because we can't change them once production begins.

Accuracy of product information
We do our best to show products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on different screens. We can update product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time without notice.
Intellectual property
Everything on craftor.in, including product designs, 3D renders, photography, copy, the Craftor name and logo, belongs to [REGISTERED PARTNERSHIP FIRM NAME] or its licensors. You can't copy, reproduce, or use any of it commercially without written permission from us.
Limitation of liability
Craftor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase won't exceed what you paid for that order.
Third-party services
We use Shopify, payment processors, and courier partners. We're not responsible for their practices or policies.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes apply from when they're posted here. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes go to the courts in Pune, Maharashtra. Before either of us does that, please email us at hello@craftor.in and give us a chance to resolve it.
