Shipping Policy

Every MONORAMA piece starts production the moment your order is confirmed. It takes longer than a warehouse ship-out. It's worth it.

How long it takes

Production and dispatch: 7 to 10 business days from your order confirmation. Courier transit within India: 3 to 5 business days on top of that. Total from order to doorstep: roughly 10 to 15 business days.

Orders don't move on weekends or public holidays.

What's happening in the meantime

We'll send you updates as your piece progresses, not just a tracking number at the end.

  • Print started. Your cityscape goes to print, and we'll send a timelapse so you can watch the landscape come together.

  • Assembled. The stadium is set, magnets are aligned, and the plaque is engraved.

  • Dispatched. Your tracking details arrive as soon as it leaves the studio.

Shipping within India

We ship across India. Once your order is dispatched, you'll get a tracking link by email. Metro cities typically see delivery 3 to 4 business days after dispatch. Other locations are usually 5 business days. These are estimates from the courier, not guarantees.

International shipping

Not available yet. Follow us for the update when it is.

Your delivery address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. Once production starts, we can't make changes. If you catch a mistake right after ordering, email us at hello@craftor.in and we'll try to sort it before the print begins.

We can't be responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses at checkout.
